Relationships 

By meeting regularly on a Thursday, plus arranging one to one meetings and also social events we get to know each other, and each other's businesses really well This puts us in a great position when we are listening out for each other and means we can match our members and the services they provide to prospective clients. More often than not this results in business being done and long term trading relationships being formed and when our members do a great job this will often lead to further referrals from happy clients. This is the long term power of BNI. 

Training 

Training and ongoing personal development if the lifeblood of any small to medium sized business and BNI offers a multitude of training subjects through various mediums from face to face through to podcasts. There is initial training which is purely aimed at members getting the most out of their BNI membership and getting a return on their investment as quickly as possible. Every member takes this training so that we all understand how to support each other and ultimately make money. 

Accountability 

How do you know if you have been successful if you don't measure your results against your objectives. Every business should be doing this and BNI is no different. We set ourselves goals and objectives and work together as a team to achieve these goals. We make ourselves accountable to each other and work for each other. To coin a phrase "the power of the many outweighs the few".

These are teams of businesses which have a synergy with each other, either because of the business types or the markets that they sell into.
